• I want to take the time to acknowledge your customer service representative Ms. Lana Porter. I am currently unemployed and have been in search for a couple of months now. I came across the website where I had the pleasure of meeting Lana. From the beginning she was courteous and knowledgeable. Initially she offered the seven day trial unfortunately at the time, I was unable to purchase the one month membership. She scheduled a time to contact me at a future date when I was financially able to purchase the service. I purchased the one month service on December 3, 2008 and while we were on the phone she had already emailed me approximately 30 leads. I received excellent customer service from Lana and certainly appreciate her assistance. She also went out of her way to send a complimentary email and made a phone call to ensure I was happy with the leads as well as offer revisions. • Dear Lana Porter, My husband, Dave is currently working with you to find a position in accounting or tax consulting. He is very impressed with your firm, as I am, and I wonder if by any chance you know of a similar firm as professional and well organized as yours, that might help me find work as a writer. I am a respected local San Diego (Carmel Valley) writer (over 12 years) for a national award-winning newspaper, The Carmel Valley News, Del Mar Village Voice, and Rancho Santa Fe Review and a former technical documenter (five years) for a computer software company in La Jolla, CA. After graduating Andover Academy and Connecticut College, I lived a year in Geneva, Switzerland, and then worked at Harvard University at the International Center and School of Design. I then taught French, Spanish and German in San Diego schools. I am known for doing exceptionally accurate writing and meticulous editing, often on overnight deadlines.
