When enrolling in Job Agent Services, the client will be asked to provide credit card information to allow billing to occur after the free trial period expires and allow service to continue uninterrupted from that point forward. The client may only cancel without incurring charges during the 7 day free trial period. After the 7th calendar day of service, the free trial period is over and the client is charged a non-refundable fee to cover the current subscription period. While the job agent services can be cancelled at any time during the subscription period, the client will not be refunded any money for the current subscription period or prior subscription periods.

Upon selecting resume writing services, a client is asked to provide a credit card that can be used to pay for the full price of the resume writing service upon completion and acceptance. The credit card is not charged until the resume writing has been completed and the candidate has indicated acceptance of the resume product. At the time that the candidate indicates acceptance of the rewritten resume, a non-refundable charge for the full price of the resume writing service occurs. No refund will be made for resume writing services after the client accepts the rewritten resume.
